David Poplin
David Poplin was born and raised in Southern California. He has raised three children and is enjoying being a grandfather. David has 33 years of experience in the Pest Control industry, beginning his career as a technician. He eventually worked his way into management and ultimately opened CDS Services Inc. and Legion Pest Management in 2013. He takes pride in working with referred business as he believes this is truly the most rewarding compliment a business can get. |
David proudly served in the United States Marine Corps. He actively participates in projects to help U.S. veterans as a passionate patriot that truly values helping our community. David is committed to providing his customers the same value of excellence that was instilled as he trained to serve our great nation.
His over 33 years of pest control experience and vast pest knowledge makes him the perfect expert to help solve all of your pest problems.

David holds a nation certification called Associate Certified Entomologist (ACE), this certification is accredited by the Entomology Society of America. This is a national certification.
In 2013, he was designated as a subject matter pest expert by the Superior Court and has worked on several pest matter legal cases on the west coast. He is currently licensed as a Certified Operator for structural pesticides applications for pest & termite in the states of Arizona, California, and Washington. He has also served as a Los Angeles Unified School Districts’ Pest Expert for Integrated Pest Management (IPM) consultant since 2014.
